Our Roots
We are Florida shellfish farmers, rooted in the agricultural and maritime traditions of our region, committed to environment we are privileged to work in, and obsessed with the process of growing clams, oysters, and sunrays from seed to market.
Our shellfish
We grow hard clams, eastern oysters, and sunray venus clams, all for sale to markets in the Tampa Bay area and around the country. We sell to restaurants, seafood markets, distributors, and direct to the public. We produce beautiful, nutritious, omega-3 rich products that are in demand the world over for their superior flavor and culinary attributes. We also operate a small hatchery to produce the clam seed we use on our own farms. Occasionally, however, we have excess clam seed available to other farmers.
